This page explains how Omaha Graphix collects and uses information when you shop, request support, or use omahagraphix.com.

Information we collect

When you create an account, place an order, request a quote, request a callback, or contact us, we may collect information you provide such as your name, company name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, order and product configuration details, uploaded artwork or design files, account details, and messages or attachments you send to Omaha Graphix.

We also collect technical and session information needed to operate the storefront, such as cart and checkout session data, signed-in account session data, and limited browser storage used for checkout progress and site functionality. See Cookies and similar technologies below.

How we use information

We use customer information to process and fulfill orders, calculate shipping and taxes through our store systems, provide customer support, send order-related and request-related communications, maintain accounts, protect forms and transactions from abuse, and operate omahagraphix.com.

How We Share Information

We share information with service providers as reasonably necessary for them to provide services on our behalf. Depending on your interaction with the store, that may include:

payment processors (including Stripe and supported Express Checkout wallet providers); ecommerce and platform providers (including WooCommerce / WordPress); hosting and infrastructure providers that run the website; email and communications services used to deliver order or form messages; shipping and delivery providers; printing and production partners that help fulfill your order; and security / anti-bot services (such as Cloudflare Turnstile) when those protections are enabled on supported forms.

Whether advertising or analytics integrations are active on the live website can also depend on WordPress plugins or settings outside the Omaha Graphix Theme and Engine codebases. See Cookies and similar technologies below.

Payments

Payments are processed by our payment providers, including Stripe and supported Express Checkout wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Amazon Pay where available. Affirm may also be offered when that payment option is enabled in the store.

Omaha Graphix does not store your full card or wallet credentials. Payment providers may create secure payment-method references so they can process your payment. If you choose to save a payment method for future purchases where that option is offered, the provider token is stored through WooCommerce/Stripe — not your full card number.

Cookies and similar technologies

Omaha Graphix uses cookies and similar browser storage technologies that are primarily necessary or functional for the storefront:

WordPress and WooCommerce use cookies and session storage for cart contents, checkout, customer sessions, and signed-in accounts. The Omaha Graphix Theme and Engine also use first-party cookies or browser storage for checkout step progress, guest checkout continuity, cart clear-state handling, contact/quote form redisplay after validation errors, product gallery selection memory, recent mobile search history, and Help Assistant UI state within a browsing session.

When Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled, Cloudflare scripts may load on Contact, Get a Quote, and Request a Callback pages to help reduce spam. The Contact page may also load a Google Maps embed. On Checkout, Stripe and related wallet providers may set their own cookies or storage as needed to process payment securely.

The Omaha Graphix Theme and Engine storefront codebases do not enqueue Google Analytics / GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads remarketing tags, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, or HubSpot tracking scripts. Additional WordPress plugins installed on the live site could introduce other technologies; if that happens, this policy should be updated to match.

Disabling necessary cookies or storage can prevent cart, checkout, account, or form features from working correctly.

Order and account records

We may retain order, account, and support records as reasonably needed to complete purchases, provide customer support, meet accounting needs, help with fraud or security review, fulfill legal obligations, and respond to customer requests. We do not publish fixed retention periods in this policy.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate for the information we handle, including encrypted checkout connections (HTTPS) where the site is served over HTTPS and payment processing through established payment providers.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we encourage customers to use strong passwords and protect access to their accounts.

Your choices

You may update many account details from your Omaha Graphix account when logged in. Browser controls can also limit cookies; some site features such as cart and checkout may not work correctly if necessary cookies are disabled.

Privacy Requests

You may contact us with questions or requests regarding your personal information, including requests related to access, correction, or deletion. Reach us at sales@omahagraphix.com or through our Contact Us page. We will review requests according to applicable law and our ability to verify the request.

Children

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13.

Updates to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision of this policy content.
